Earlier this summer I got some new shades of one of my all time favourite make-up products. Daniel Sandler’s Watercolour Blush I first started using in the pretty pink shade ‘Cherub’ over 10 years ago!
I love these blushers because they are bendable and build-able and look fantastic on bare skin as well as over make-up. They are always brilliant for summer and I often apply my moisturiser and sunscreen on holiday and then blend a little of the watercolour blusher onto my cheeks for a glow. The Watercolour blush is water resistant so swim and you won’t lose your glow!
This set of 4 shades is limited edition it includes:
Moonglow – A sheer pearlescent white highlighter that blends in effortlessly to give skin a lift
Sun Glow – A warm illuminator
Luxe – A delicate matte peach
Pop – A medium toned matte pink
Daniel Sandler says – ‘My Watercolour™ liquid blush can be applied to your cheeks using your fingertips or with my Waterbrush for a more precise and controlled application. Apply a small amount of colour to your index finger OR brush and begin to blend onto your cheekbones and out towards your hairline. The colour can be built up gradually, so whether you are looking to achieve a healthy glow or a more intense pop of colour, these are the shades for you.’
I do use the ‘Water Brush’ when I apply the blusher as I find it blends into the cheeks so well. I tend to smile when I apply so that it’s easy to catch the apples of the cheeks. In this photo I’m wearing ‘Sun Glow’ and ‘Pop’.
