I arrived back from a very memorable trip last summer – incredibly unwell – I had food poisoning and was gravely dehydrated!! I slept in this masque and my skin genuinely transformed overnight. Depending on age it should be left on from between 5 and 20 minutes – but I love to treat my skin overnight when it is necessary. It’s packed with Vitamins, Hyaluronic Acid and Abyssinian Oil.

This Works Sleep Balm combines Lavender oil to calm, Monoi oil to hydrate, and Rose oil to nourish dry skin. I love to use a sleep balm as this blog is going to show. I use it on the pulse points of my wrists and neck and also on my ear lobes.

Espa was the main product range at the spa I have been going to for fifteen years so I know these products really well. The Soothing range is so relaxing, but also one of my favourite aromatherapy scents. The mist came as part of a set that I bought and isn’t available individually which is a shame but do look out for it. Holistic Silk Eyemask £46.00

The only eye mask that I will use. For over 10 years I haven’t had a nights sleep without one of these on. The tie back is what works for me – so that I can perfectly adjust it. They are filled with lavender and lined with velvet. If you struggle with light or distractions – invest in one. My problem is now that I’m totally addicted.
