Clinque Chubby Sticks for Eyes £16.00/$16.00

Twelve great colours in what is surely going to be a hugely successful range. Following the lip range and already available in the USA, Chubby Sticks for eyes launch on the 1st February in the UK. The two colours that I am using in the video are  ‘Fuller Fudge’ and ‘Ample Amber’. I really want to try ‘Pink and Plenty’ and ‘Whopping Willow’. They are so easy to apply, I like to think of it as the eyeshadow that requires no brush… (for the UK) (for USA shoppers)

Duo Eyelash Adhesive £5.27

You can use this lash glue with strip lashes or individuals. It makes applying lashes easy!! I am not a fan of the glue that is provided when you buy false eyelashes.

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream 50ml £8.50

This skin perfector was the first BB cream that I ever tried. Protects skin whilst blurring imperfections – and moisturises too – although I chose to put mine over my moisturiser. It is also my favourite smell – very fresh. I found a 75ml size in the (free worldwide delivery)

Stretch Hair Bands Ribbon

I did a blog about these earlier in the week. They don’t snag or dent the hair, and are my favourite hairband currently – my girlfriends too who have tried them. For information on where to buy here is the blog with the details – LINK.

Paige Verdugo Jeans £63 – £100

I love these skinny jeans – they are extremely comfortable – I was searching for them today and saw the offers that are currently on them. I am always a size 28 in something like topshop, but I think that the key to these jeans is to get them well fitted – that’s my opinion anyway – everyone knows themselves how they want jeans to fit, I have size 27. I love the colours and prints that Paige do. (free worldwide postage)

Clinique Instant Lift for Brows £15.00/$16.50

Very easy to apply colour at one end of the pencil and a highlighter at the other. This was recommended to me by a make-up artist and it is excellent. Eyebrows are important and face changing. I wear shade ‘Deep Brown’ 03.

Superdrug Dry Shampoo Chocolate Brownie 150ml £1.99

Ideal for brunettes who don’t enjoy the white residue from regular dry shampoo!

Superdrug Chcocolate Brownie

My office today was a supremely comfortable bedroom in CA 90210. It feels worlds apart from theatre digs last January! My hair in this video isn’t pretty – I know – I had fish-tail plaited it yesterday while I was in the cinema watching ‘The Master’ and it was still damp!

Have a lovely February – and do let me know any favourite products for you at the moment – I always love reading them.

  1. Hi Susie,

I absolutely love the Palmer’s Cocoa butter bronzer. It is brilliant!! Thank you for another top tip.

  2. I’m a brow-enthusiast and the Clinique Instant Lift is a nifty little thing!
Have you tried Lush’s face powder “Emotional Brilliance”?
(I work for them so I’m obviously biased) It’s one of the best light powders I’ve ever used!

  3. Cant wait to try these Clinique products as I have been a huge fan since hearing about the chubby sticks for the lips last year from you!
Recently brought a facial massage roller from the body shop! Have you ever used anything like this? And are there any products in the market that aim to do the same thing? Would love a blog about facial accessories (of course including the amazing clarasonic!!)
