Depending on age it should be left on from between 5 and 20 minutes – but I love to treat my skin overnight when it is necessary. It’s packed with Vitamins, Hyaluronic Acid and Abyssinian Oil.

ESPA Soothing Body Oil and Soothing Mist £32.00

Espa was the main product range at the spa I have been going to for fifteen years so I know these products really well. The Soothing range is so relaxing, but also one of my favourite aromatherapy scents. The mist came as part of a set that I bought and isn’t available individually which is a shame but do look out for it. The Soothing oil contains sandalwood, rose geranium and frankincense to help stressed bodies towards sleep and myrrh helps to calm the mind
