My favourite beauty picks – online offers

There are some fabulous offers online at the moment.

I was reading that at the online beauty store feelunique.com  they have 90% of their products marked at a lower price than you would find on the high street. And the other 10%, I can almost guarantee match the high street’s RRP, and are not more than it. They also deliver for free to anywhere in the world with no minimum spend.

Online companies are hard to compete with, especially the companies that offer free worldwide delivery. I say constantly to my friends in Ireland – where products are noticeably more expensive – to visit the UK online stores such as lookfantastic.com and BeautyBay– as the postage is free – the price you see is the total price you pay.

Look Fantastic –

As those of you may know who follow me on twitter, I spent much of last night’s time, on the lookfantastic.com sale. I have picked a few of my favourite beauty bargains from it for this blog. The sale finishes on 28th June 2012, but still worth clicking the links, prices frequently stay lower than the RRP.

Shu Uemura Art Of Hair Paddle Brush

This is my favourite hairbrush – I did a blog about it recently. It exfoliates the scalp and helps to keep hair really healthy. My friend Paolo who works at Neville’s Salon recommended this brush to me – I am lazy with brushing my hair – and he told me to brush this across my scalp every which way – left, right, backwards, forwards. I never thought I would be bothered enough to carry a hairbrush in my handbag – my hair is pretty easy – and yet I cannot be without this brush, it comes everywhere with me. I love the feeling of the circulation boost in my head after doing the every way brushing.

Perricone MD Advanced Face Firming Activator 59ml –

I am absolutely in love with this rather pricy but wonderful product. It was once only available when prescribed by a dermatologist. It gives even, smooth skin, helps with enlarged pores, and previous sun damage, not remotely greasy or oily, and is gentle whilst being heavily dosed with active ingredients that really help skin health. It smells a little to me of a delicious smelling medicine I used to have for earache when I was a child – I mean that in the most positive of ways. If for example, I had a major occasion approaching, I would use this every single day.

Usually £99.00 Currently £79.20

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat 14ml –

The only top coat to use apparently – although I do use the Essie 3 Way Glaze  because it is one bottle and  am always on the move! I have a very fussy friend in terms of nails, and she absolutely is only interested in using the Seche Vite top coat. We used to pick it up in USA because it wasn’t so available in the UK. Now it is everywhere, and every manicurist I see is using it. At Nevilles where the manicures last me a week – and that on my nails is an absolute miracle – they use Seche Vite as the top coat. Great finish on the nail and dries the nail to rock hard in lightening time, and is chip resistant. I need to buy one actually, my nails chip so quickly.

Usually £9.95 Currently £7.95

Oskia Skin Smoothing Massage Candle –

This looks to be the perfect gift. Heavenly smell, and a massage candle too – so as the wax melts (it will not burn you) you can rub the wax into your skin. Massage candles are one of my very favourite things, an all round relaxer. I did a blog about Eve Taylor’s recently, and many people said that they hadn’t heard of candles that you can massage with before. I love that this one has a pourer as well.

Body Brush –

It’s so strange when one person mentions something, and then someone else completely separate mentions the same thing. This is the case at the moment with me and a body brush. I was talking to the lady in Space NK in Brighton, and she was saying body brushing every day is the number one thing in helping cellulite. And then when I had my friends over to try ARK products the other night – the body brush came up again. Two of my friends, had never had one and were asking where they could get one so I have picked two (that are both in the sale) – one is handled, and one isnt. The handled one is good for reaching down the back. Always stroke towards the heart – every morning if possible… I keep forgetting and I mustn’t. It is also the nicest feeling of your body waking up. I have this long handled Elemis one- and I love it – I haven’t tried the other one that I am suggesting.

Usually £18.40 Currently £14.70 http://www.lookfantastic.com/ElemisBrush (this would last you for years- it has me)

Usually £7.50 Currently £6.00 http://www.lookfantastic.com/HydreaBodyBrush

Denman Junior D’ Toddler Brush –

These look brilliant, I want to get them for my nephews. The comb and the brush come as one, and the comb folds round. Gorgeous colours and gentle on heads. My third nephew is due in less than a week so my head is in buying for children mode!

Usually £6.25 Currently £5.00

I spent forever on the lookfantastic accessorise sale section earlier – so long that I almost ran out of time  – I couldn’t decide between all of the delightful things at such great sale prices – have a browse through for yourself. Who doesn’t need eyelash glue, and sea sponges, and tweezers in every colour, and even thermoceramic rollers??

Feelunique.com –

There isn’t a sale as such, on the feelunique site at the moment but I am very appreciative of some of the prices products that I love, or really want to try are marked at. They also ship free worldwide, no matter how much, or how little you spend. There is a special offer currently too, £2 off when you spend over £20 – enter 2OFF20 in the promotional box at checkout (valid until 17th July 12)

Xen-Tan Face Tanner –

Face tanner and face treatment in one. Contains milk thistle, vitamin E, aloe, and green tea to soothe. You can use it every day. Perfect for sensitive skins.

Usually £17.00 Currently £12.95

Casall Gym Ball –

I had no idea that feelunique sold Casall until today. I love Casall, adore their gym clothes. As I’m on a health kick at the moment I thought this would be an appropriate addition to this blog! Everyone needs a gym ball – there are SO many things that you can do on it. My favourite, or I should say the one that I do the most, is the hamstring rollout. There are great balancing exercises that you can do, and sit ups, and stretching. I’ve had my gym ball for many years now – maybe it is time to buy a new one.

Usually £24.95 Currently £23.00

Elemis Exclusive Hero Collection –

I have had to add this into the blog after Sarah pointed out that this was available, in the comments section below. I cannot believe the value of this set. A 50ml Pro Collagen Marine Cream ALONE is more expensive than this entire set – it’s RRP for it on it’s own is £76. The set contains Pro Collagen Marine Cream 50ml, Tri Enzyme Resurfacing Facial Wash 200ml, Exotic Cream Moisturising Mask 50ml, Frangipani Monoi Moisture Melt 100ml (that I frequently blog about), Papaya Enzyme Peel 50ml, Skin Nourishing Milk Bath 400ml, Pro Radiance Hand and Nail Cream, Men Time Defence Wrinkle Delay 50ml.

These are all full price products and I am astounded that this set exists. The only problem or drawback is it is a UK offer only.

Usually £300.00 Currently £75.00

And don’t forget to use 2OFF20 in the box at checkout for an extra £2.00 off when you are spending over £20.00 on feelunique!

Daniel Sandler Base Brush

I mentioned this Daniel Sandler Base Brush recently in my Jubilee Blog. I have owned it and loved it for years. An absolute must have if you don’t own a foundation brush. Especially when it is on sale. I love Daniel’s brushes. My base brush is here with me now, where I am working in Shrewsbury!

Usually £20.00 Currently £12.00

Very’s whole beauty sale page is worth having a look at. Half price hairdryers, and electric toothbrushes- which I have of late been incredibly conscientious with! http://www.very.co.uk/beautybargains

Pure Argan Oil –

It is ‘Pure Argan Oil’s’ 1st birthday! I was speaking to my friends the other night about argan oil being the current ingredient that everyone is putting into their products. The tiniest bit can be included in the mix of a product, and the product name can still include ‘Argan Oil’ – it can be so misleading. I love buying the pure form, and indeed products with it in, there are some fabulous ones. This is a miracle oil, that I am always raving about – this is my Argan Oil Blog if you would like to read more details. It is great for sun damage, and scarring, fabulous for hair, as a face or all over body moisturiser, hands and feet – even suitable for babies and pregnancy.

There is 10% off Pure Argan Oil at this link, which brings the price down to £17.95, they post to anywhere in the world for £3.50, and for anyone a distance from Morocco where the oil originates this is a very good postage deal indeed. Argan Oil is rare and can be incredibly expensive  http://www.purearganoil.co.uk/10%

Let me know of any unbelievable bargains that you are finding out there!
