Terre d’Oc Milky Perfume Cloud, scents the entire body with beautiful plum tree blossom while hydrating the skin and keeping it soft. A few drops can also be rubbed through hair to delicately scent it.
I fell in love with the name of this product, and the concept of it, before even trying it!
I love stepping from the shower and spraying something effortlessly all over the body, that not only gives a moisture boost but also smells subtly delicious. It’s easy and luxurious. The mist is extremely fine and doesn’t even require rubbing in – although I do.
After trying it, I wanted to write about it – and that’s when I heard the bad news – it is being discontinued!! It’s so frustrating when that happens. I had asked for more information, and as things stand the product is still in stock on websites, but that stock is the last stock.
This product, from natural company Terre d’Oc, is part of their ‘Japan’ range. There are five ranges altogether inspired by places from around the world – the other ranges are Morocco, Burkina Faso, India, and Bali.
The Japanese range I am particularly keen on. The Japanese as a nation have fantastic skin, they primarily focus on sun protection and anti ageing – the sun protection being because unlike here in the UK – pale skin is hugely desired! Many of their beauty rituals, and product ingredients are tried, tested, well loved, and passed from generation to generation. I have also been using the foundation from the ‘Japan’ range, after picking up a sample, being extremely impressed, and getting a full size version! I will do a blog about it at some point over the next week. It is a foundation that protects against pollution.
The Milky Perfume Cloud, is one of the products in Terre d’Oc’s range that is suitable for vegans – they aren’t all. 99 % of the total ingredients of Milky Perfume are from natural origin and 67 % of the total ingredients are from organic farming.
If you love the sound of this product as much as I do, I would buy it sooner rather than later. I am also going to put pressure on Terre d’Oc, not to discontinue this beautiful product! Their packaging is also pretty fantastic – it unfolds like origami!
